As a travel enthusiast from California, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bothy in Lyndhurst, a charming one-bedroom cottage nestled in the heart of New Forest National Park. the location couldn't have been more perfect, just a 5-minute stroll to the village center with its quaint shops and eateries. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely welcome pack and a bottle of wine, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home. the cottage itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a cozy lounge featuring a flat-screen TV and a selection of games and books. the king-sized bed in the bedroom ensured a comfortable night's sleep, and the large bathroom with a bath and shower over was a delightful addition. One of the highlights of our stay was the 2 acres of communal gardens that we had access to, providing a serene escape to enjoy my morning coffee or a leisurely stroll. the free WiFi allowed me to stay connected, while the free private parking made exploring the surrounding area a breeze. From the friendly welcome to the well-appointed amenities, every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend this cozy cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the heart of the New Forest. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway in the future.
